ENGAGEment session in birds hill park
An engagement session at Birds Hill Park is always fun, but can be made even greater with good friends, hot chocolate and an epic sunset on one of the only days we had a sunset in October!
I’ve been lucky to know Carolyn for about 10 years now, and when she posted her engagement announcement on Instagram I couldn’t hold back happy tears. She is THE sweetest, funniest person I know and I’m so happy she found her person.
When we started planning their engagement photos, we talked about going back to where Ian had proposed in Birds Hill Park. It was the perfect setting. We had beautiful light coming through the trees. We walked out into a field and saw the most picturesque fall colours, and even found the most electric yellow Tamarack tree that I virtually climbed into to get some sweet, snuggly photos.
To top everything off, we shared some hot chocolate out of adorable woodland cups while cuddling on a Hudson Bay blanket and came across an epic sunset on the way back to the cars. I can not wait until May when we get to hang out at Fort Gibraltar!
